Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive/Manager with a proven track record in the glass manufacturing or related field. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Dubai, particularly within the contracting and interiors sector. As a Sales Executive/Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the contracting and interiors industry.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through effective relationship-building and customer service.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives through strategic planning and effective sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Dubai, preferably in the glass manufacturing, contracting, or interiors industry.
- UAE driving license is a must.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in either Arabic or Russian is required.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Compensation:
- Basic Salary: AED 4000 – 8,000 per month
- Commission Structure: Competitive commission package based on sales performance
