Guarantee Travel Group is looking to hire Sales Executive/ Manager based in Dubai with the following

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s is a must.
• Have min 1-2 years’) experience in corporate sales in Travels & MICE); sales in hotels or in corporate Travel company.
• Presentable personality.
• Proficiency in English.
• Must have UAE driving License.
• Good Communication’s and interpersonal skills.
• Hand on experience with CRM software is a plus.

Main Duties:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibility and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunity through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Set up meeting with potential clients and listen to others wishes and concern.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentation on product and services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitors or conference.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Maintain and update CRM on daily basis.
• Should be presentable to handle corporates groups inbound and outbound.
• Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential sales.
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule (Target, new account, return lost account).
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
