Hiring Sales Executive / Engineer
ACA Steel Constructions Contracting LLC is looking for a Sales Executive/Engineer for its UAE operations.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
3 – 5 years of experience in the Steel Construction and Fabrication
Key Skills:
- GCC work experience with any steel fabrication company
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Good oral & written Arabic and English – Preferred
- UAE driving license and Physical fitness Certification preferred

- Technical Product knowledge of steel industry in the GCC
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, send out and follow up on quotations with Technical Support, Commercial Negotiations through until the deal is finalized as per ACA Steel’s Sales Protocols.
- Interpret client needs and optimize offers and solutions to maximize business development and drive profitability
- Establish and maintain key accounts in the steel field and designated market including key customer relationships (authorities, contractors, consultants and users).
- Liaise with principals and suppliers to get the required technical information at the finest terms
- Establish and maintain appropriate networks (agents, subsidiaries, partners and offices)
- Represent the company at meetings, client presentations, webinars other events as and when required by the company
- Provide technical input and support for company webinars, case studies and newsletters
- Prepare sales and related reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing relevant information and trends
- Liaise and report to senior management to ensure company standards and continuous improvement
