We have an urgent opening for Sales Executive ( Truck Lease ) for Dubai location.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Client Acquisition:

  • ·Identify and prospect potential clients in the trucking and logistics industries.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to introduce our truck leasing services.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized truck leasing solutions.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation:

  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate leasing terms, pricing, and contract conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Work closely with legal and operations teams to finalize contracts.  

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs.

Sales Performance and Reporting:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the truck leasing or related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of truck leasing practices, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting and closing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
