Role Description
Genius Businessmen Services is seeking a Salesperson to join our team. This is a hybrid role, located in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for managing, developing, and implementing new sales strategies to increase our customer base and achieve growth targets. The Salesperson will also work on identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing the sales cycle from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a service industry
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
- Experience in using CRM software
- Fluency in English, knowledge of any other language is a plus
- Experience in the Dubai market is preferred
