- Salary: 3k AED per month + commission of 1000 for each sale
- Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
We are looking for experienced Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone and other platform, promoting our products and services, and closing sales. The candidate must have proven work experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the immigration or travel industry. Strong understanding of immigration processes and procedures for European countries is highly desirable.
- Meet or exceed the monthly sales targets by closing a minimum of five sales per month.
- Communicate and educate clients about our immigration services, answering their inquiries, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Explain the features and benefits of our services to potential customers
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Prepare and present tailored immigration solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services.
- Collaborate with the team to gather and process the required documents and assist clients in completing the necessary paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the immigration process.
- Stay updated on the latest immigration policies, regulations, and procedures for European countries to effectively advise clients.
- Attend regular sales training sessions and actively participate in team meetings to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and initiatives to attract potential clients and increase brand visibility.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements and contribute to the continuous development of sales strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Proactive and target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasive skills to effectively close sales and overcome objections.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage client records and documentation.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management software.
- A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
