The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. This position reports to Sales Manager of this organization.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Identify prospective and potential clientele.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate product value.
  • Target account selling, solution selling and usage selling.
  • Demonstrate consultive sales techniques.
  • Expand strategic relationships to drive larger impact for the customer and to deliver business outcomes.
  • Determine and understand clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose the best sales projections.
  • Engage in all activities associated with sales during the selling period. Assist the client when in need for your service for the sales process.
  • Strategize sales proposal which uses to pitch the services to potential clients and customers.
  • Intermediate complex negotiation process, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
  • Generate advertisement and leads with marketing strategies.
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
  • Facilities and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with client group. Continuously improve and scale the results.
  • Approach and handle high profiles clients and pitch our product.
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with clientele.
  • Work efficiently with global team to create and support growth across the UAE.
  • Achieve sales and profitability objectives by bringing in new accounts.
  • Utilize existing accounts for the new lead.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and challenge any objections.
  • Capability in influencing and impacting business strategy and having strong financial, analytical, and business acumen partnered with and understanding of industry dynamics and trends.
  • Constantly work on improvising the details mentioned in the job description.
  • Management has all the right to change amend and update the above-mentioned points.
  • Qualifications/education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or management or marketing
  • Technical sales experience is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software
