We are fast-growing freight forwarding company in UAE.

Seeking for a Freight Forwarding Sales Executive (Land + Sea + Air) to promote our logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and build lasting relationships to expand the customer base.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Client Acquisition & Sales: Proactively identify and engage potential customers to promote logistical services and negotiate favorable contracts.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs, effectively communicating the value of services offered.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Engage in negotiations to finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with various teams to enhance logistics services, ensuring smooth shipment and transportation arrangements with carrier agents.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in sales, particularly within the logistics or supply chain sectors, is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential for client interactions and internal collaboration.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A focus on understanding and addressing client needs to build long-term relationships.
