Description:

We are looking for a Sales Executive for Dubai and other emirates location. Candidates must have experience in electronics and home appliances.

Roles:

  • Identify needs to develop sales channel for Electronics & Home Appliances products.
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Follow up on daily orders collection, timely delivery follow up, quality check and co-ordinate with respective departments for smooth operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Follow up day-to-day business relationship with customers.
  • Report quality/claim situations to your manager, receive customer complaint, follow up internally and ensure satisfactorily address of customer complaints.
  • Visit customer’s sites regularly and find ways to develop business and improve service level, and report feedback to your manager.
  • Develop and maintain a strong up-to-date product knowledge to advice customer through technical product details and product applications.
  • Assist in forecast inputs and define activities to guarantee budget realization.
  • Provide market intelligence data to management team to support regional strategy plan.
  • Tracks and evaluates brand/category sales performance, market sales trends and competitor trading activities to identify critical business factors and proposed action plans to increase sales and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Should have good contacts with key retailers / hypermarkets in UAE and GCC.
  • Proven sales experience in electronics Products.
  • Result-oriented, customer-focused and a team player.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Very Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 4-6 years’ working experience in sales Preferably Electronics
  • Very strong in sourcing and vendor management with constructive business network.
  • Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Strong Sourcing Vendor Management.
  • Data Gathering and analysis skills.
  • MS Office and Tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
