Description:

We are looking for Inside Sales Executive for the Infrastructure and Security (ITIS) Business Unit. This role is to be based in Dubai, UAE. The candidate should have experience in –

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Preparing the sales quotations
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Perform effective online demos to prospects
• Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets
