- Generate and categorize leads.
- Update CRM on a daily basis.
- Consult potential clients on the services
offered by Company, its unique selling points and advantages, taking into
consideration main triggers/fears/concerns.
- Prepare offers.
- Work with clients’ objections effectively.
- Prepare and close contracts.
- Assist in apartment onboarding process.
- Prepare reports.
- Liaise with marketing team to develop sales
strategies and content.
- Other task as requested by management.
- Tolerance to stress. Multitask and systematic person.
- Analytical skills to grow profitable supply.
- Self-organization, time management, team player.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: in person, on the phone and written.
- Driving license valid in UAE.
- Fluent English is a MUST. Other languages (Russian/Arabic) is an advantage.
