Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Onsite Sales Executive to join our team at Lynchpin Consulting, specializing in providing accounting and tax services in the UAE market. This role involves actively promoting our services to new companies and clients on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of the UAE business landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify potential clients in the UAE market who require accounting and tax services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new companies and clients to establish long-term partnerships.
• Conduct sales presentations and pitches on-site to showcase the benefits of our accounting and tax services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted sales campaigns and strategies.
• Meet and exceed specific monthly sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the UAE tax laws to better advise clients.
• Utilize networking opportunities, industry events, and referrals to expand the client base.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the professional services or B2B sector.
• Knowledge of accounting and tax services is preferred, but not required (training will be provided).
• Familiarity with the UAE business environment and tax regulations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
