Sales Executive Academics

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in the sales of print, E-books and Journals. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our diverse portfolio of print and E-books & Journals to a wide range of customers, including Libraries, Higher educational institutions, and government sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads in all possible Sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Present and promote Print and E-book products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide feedback regarding customer preferences and market trends.
  • 80 % be on field with customers and reaching out to new opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the publishing industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of print and digital publishing processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market and customer preferences.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
