Description:
We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive for Real Estate to join our sales team. The sales executive’s responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, make database, and sales meeting targets and closing deals salary+ commission depends on interview.
Job Responsibilities:
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum High school diploma.
- 1+ years of Real Estate sales experience.
- Female/Male any nationality must be speak English and Arabic.
- Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and communication skills and the ability to speak foreign languages
- Good listening skills and attention to details
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
