Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer at GlobeTech Industrial Enterprises FZCO. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, communicating with customers, and driving sales. This role involves building strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering effective solutions. The Sales Engineer will also be responsible for providing exceptional primer customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Company & Products Registration’s at End User Customer’s Place / EPC Customer’s, / WHCP & Chemical Injection’s Skids Builder’s Etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer visits as KEY of Success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory, actively prospecting and acquiring new clients to expand the company’s market share.
- Collaborate with the technical team. Understand client requirements, propose suitable products, providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of the products.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback, contributing to the development of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or related field.
- Proven Experience in sales, specifically within UAE, with a focus on selling Process Instrumentation Fluid Control Hook Up BULK Material Technology products.
- Understanding of technical products and solutions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages would be an advantage.
- Extensive working knowledge of Instrumentation Calculation/Selection, such as: o Pressure o Temperature o Flow o Level Measurement
