Description:

Urgent opening for the position of Sales Engineer in Dubai.

  • Gulf Experience Is Mandatory.
  • Required for: A leading Engineering and Construction Company in the Middle East.
  • Qualification: BE / B Tech (Mechanical/Industrial) with minimum 6 years of experience
  • Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing client relationships and generating sales leads for the Company.
  • Explore potential partnerships, arrangements, associations, and agreements with business and individuals to improve the Company’s market position, revenue, and profitability.
  • Tracks project opportunities in the market relevant to Company’s expertise and areas of interest.
  • Approaches and engages new clients to generate business leads, RFQs, and tender requests.
  • Strengthens relationships with existing clients to bring in repeat business.
  • Handling the pre-qualification stages and company registration and approval in clients records.
  • Follows up with clients on quotations and tenders submitted and arranges meetings with the client for technical and commercial clarifications.
  • Provides feedback to clients based on clarification requests received from estimation team.
  • Obtains feedback from clients when a quote submitted is unsuccessful and provides the feedback to the estimation team.
  • Engages with the client to obtain commercial targets to win projects.
  • Prepares and gives presentations to clients to explain Company’s expertise, capabilities, and experience.
  • Submits documents and follows up with the client to get Company prequalified for specific projects or general client requirements.
  • Tracks and achieves/exceeds sales targets set at the beginning of the year.
  • Coordinates with technical teams to arrange and coordinate client visits to Company facilities and sites for prequalification, inspection, or audit purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development. Abu Dhabi experience with industrial client is a must.
  • Excellent Command in English, and Arabic is an advantage.
  • Computer literate with good presentation skills.
  • Good market knowledge and connections with clients in the industry.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Good Planning and Organizing skills.
  • Believe in Teamwork and development of subordinates.
  • Accepts responsibility / accountability
