Description:

We are hiring a Sales Engineer Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
• Communicate with subsidiaries and help to implement AC after sales strategy
• Train, motivate System AC Installers and lead System AC Installers’ development in the region
• Set installation standards as MENA HQ and secure implementing them in the field
• Cooperate with CS Team to set and maintain service standards
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Educating prospective customers on the superior quality products / services
• Visiting customers and supporting subsidiaries (bridge between region team and MENA HQ)
• Supporting subsidiaries for spec-in activities with 1st Tier & 2nd tier customers (contractors, MEPs) and consultants

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in HVAC sales
• Bachelor degree or post-graduate degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering
• Fluent in English
• Strong experience in VRF Systems, understanding of principals of Air Conditioning, refrigeration and heating
• Excellent Presentation and training skills (PowerPoint & Excel is a must).
• Self-motivated, hard-working, team player and with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Able to foster relationships with Internal and regional stakeholders in order to be able to achieve goals.
