Sales Division Manager required

Job Location: First 6mos – 1 year, job location will be in Jebel Ali Dubai and will be transferred to Umm Al Quwain once the factory construction is completed.

Job Description:

• Develop a comprehensive sales target plan and strategy, motivating sales staff to enhance customer service, increase efficiency, and achieve sales quotas.
• Lead daily sales meetings to track key orders until delivery to our store, providing instructions, and conducts weekly product training sessions with the sales team.
• Act as the central point of contact between accounts, stores, sales coordinators, and the sales team.
• Attend meetings with the sales team to ensure deals are closed effectively and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
• Handle complex inquiries and resolve customer complaints beyond the scope of other sales staff, coordinate payment and collection with the sales team, evaluate individual sales team capacities, and organizes daily time management plans for each salesman.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Business Unit Manager or in the same area in the Paint manufacturing industry within the UAE
