Hiring Sales Development Representative with a background in credit repair

This role requires a deep understanding of credit repair processes and services to effectively communicate the benefits to potential clients. The SDR will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess the needs and credit situations of potential clients to determine their eligibility for our credit repair services.
  • Client Outreach: Initiate and maintain effective communication with leads to educate them about our services and the benefits of credit repair.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule consultations and appointments for senior sales representatives to further discuss credit repair solutions with qualified leads.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for converting leads into clients.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our services.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as an SDR or similar role, preferably in the credit repair or financial services industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of credit repair processes, credit reporting, and financial literacy.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to build relationships, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Motivation: Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for helping others improve their financial health.
