About the Role:
- Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, generating qualified leads for the sales team.
- Conduct in-depth prospect research and identify ideal client profiles.
- Reach out to potential customers via phone calls and emails.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within the CRM system.
- Contribute to the development and execution of lead generation strategies.
- Support the sales team with presentations and other sales activities (as needed).
About You:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a B2B sales environment (SDR, BDR, Account Executive) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and its sales processes (a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Adept at building rapport and exceeding customer expectations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a CRM platform.
