Description:

We are hiring a Sales Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics dashboards to ensure metric reporting consistency
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions
• Managing, consolidating, analyzing and understanding the sales trends in MENA region and tell the story of business trends, patterns, and outliers through dashboard visualizations
• Help to convert this business information into business intelligence that will drive revenue for the online business
• Identify, measure, and monitor key performance indicators, while making recommendations impacting sales performance
• Build clear visual sales dashboards with key highlights visualizing KPI trends, analysis, and recommendations for use in top management meetings

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a Sales Analyst or in a similar position
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (e.g. ability to create macros and functions that can ease report creation) for report automation
• Ability to handle multiple demands efficiently, while being extremely organized and maintaining high attention to detail
• A self-starter and eager implementer who enjoys working both in groups and independently
• Bachelor degree with min of 3 years of experience in data analysis, ideally within an e-commerce environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate the insight and initiatives
• Demonstrated strong proficiency at an advanced level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Bilingual preferred (English & Korean)
