Hiring Sales Coordinator/ Lead Pre- Qualification Specialist

Location:Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales Coordinators. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers with home country experience who possess excellent communication skills and have a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales/marketing team in managing schedules, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Evaluate and pre-qualify incoming leads based on predefined criteria.
• Engage with potential leads through smart questioning to assess their needs and qualifications.
• Communicate effectively using professional language to maintain a positive and engaging interaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide insights and feedback on lead quality.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
