Designation: Sales Coordinator

• Salary Budget : 3000-3500 AED
• Office Location : Business Bay – Dubai

Job description

The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for Sales team and Stores. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance and on time delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Receive the orders from Sales by email/ fax and update the Tracking system.
• Coordinate with sales team to understand the requirement of delivery on all circumstances and schedule for delivery.
• Promotional / Seasonal deliveries must be delivered in 24 hours or as per the ETA, in coordination with Warehouse Manager.

Skills

• Should have knowledge of MS Office- Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent communication in English
