Sales Coordinator, Dubai

Handle end to end transaction from sales quotation up to converting shipments

And liaise with customer until invoicing and payment.

Knowing customs clearance through Dubai Trade portal (E- Mirsal) Import / export – Air/Sea/Land

Coordinate with overseas agent for shipping instructions and rate negotiation.

Obtaining rate from Liner and airlines.

Generate billing to customer for the transaction being rendered.

Generate new clients and maintain existing customer.
