- Maintain an organized database of sales leads and client information.
- Provide exceptional service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills (English required; additional languages a bonus).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
