Hiring Sales Coordinator

For over 18 years, we have served the Oil & Gas, Water Treatment, Electromechanical, Petrochemical, Fabrication, and Heavy Engineering industries. We seek a motivated Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. This role involves working cross-functionally to prepare application-specific quotes, making calls, preparing quotes, entering data into the ERP, assisting the sales manager, and initiating new orders. Attention to detail and technical aptitude are crucial to ensure accurate proposals for both internal and external sales teams, while adhering to standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Manage schedules, customer interactions, and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve order issues, and provide excellent service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, prospects, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless order fulfillment.
- Manage sales and purchase orders end-to-end.
- Follow up on client receivables.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience, preferably in a sales or administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
