Hiring for Sales Coordinator and Customer Service role for our client in Freight Forwarding sector based in Dubai, UAE – Female candidates preferred.

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or Logistics Company.

Job Description:

• Getting the freight rates from Shipping lines, air lines, overseas agents
• Co-ordinating with carriers for import delivery orders, fulfil the documentation requirement of the carrier.
• Forwarding freight quotation to clients
• For Export shipments co-ordinate with customers for documents, BL drafts, co-ordinating with carriers
• Update Daily Booking report; Daily telecall reports.
• Create bookings in carrier’s website. Should be aware of shipping lines portals like Intraa etc
• Co-ordinate with operations for transportation/ export declaration etc
• Customer Services role – Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Liner agency or NVOCC agency

Job Description:

• Send sailing schedules regularly and daily.
• Call the potential clients and generates leads.
• Maintain the relations with existing clients and increase the sales.
• Co-ordinate with operation team for available inventory
• Call up all the supporting customers for bookings.
• Daily booking forecast on vessel to vessel
• Assisting sales for Freight quotations to customers
• Updating bookings daily
• Filing of rates with Principals
• Co-ordinating on BL creation & sending to clients.
• Maintain & update supporting customers & prospect customers list.
• Negotiate slot rates with feeder operators and MLOs.
