Urgent Hiring: Sales coordinator – who can join immediately

Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations for potential clients/Enquiries.
• Coordinate with the Technical team to ensure accurate and detailed proposals.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to provide support and information during the sales process.
• Maintain communication with clients to address any inquiries or concerns.
• Follow up with clients to secure purchase orders.
• Track and follow up on timesheets for each Task/projects.
• . Keep detailed records of quotations and correspondences for future reference.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and technical teams as needed.
