• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, order status, and sales activities using various software tools.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar sales coordinator or customer service role within a manufacturing company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports, presentations, and track data.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Commerce.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and sales automation tools is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
