Job Description:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
• Conduct property tours and presentations to clients, highlighting key features and benefits to generate interest and drive sales.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in Real Estate brokerage and leasing in UAE
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
• With Valid UAE driving license, valid RERA Brokerage card & good knowledge of Oracle Netsuite is a MUST
• A good inventory of deals closed in 2022.
