Job Description
Bless Brothers is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a passion for exceptional customer service, and a keen understanding of furniture trends and brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Service
- Client Management: Serve and manage clientele with professionalism, understanding their needs deeply.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, including new arrivals, customization options, and design trends.
- Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through to after-sales service.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the entire sales team to maximize showroom performance and customer satisfaction.
- Visual Standards: Assist in maintaining the store’s visual standards to reflect the company brand image.
- Sales System: Ensure all client interactions and transactions are recorded accurately in the sales system.
- Marketing and Outreach
- Local Marketing: Engage in local marketing activities and events to promote the company and attract new clients.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Track Record: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a high-end environment.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of furniture trends and brands (a plus).
- Availability: Open to work on weekends (6 days work week).
