Job Role:

• Coordinate with the Sales Team by managing schedules, filing important document and communicating relevant information.
• Handle the processing of all orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materials.
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support as needed.
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and pre-pose improvements.
• Store and short financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials or events.
