We are glad to announce an exciting opportunity for Sales Clinical Applications Specialist – OR/CSSD/OB-GYN/ORTHO/ENDOSCOPY/CARDIOVASCULAR/RADIOLOGY & LAB, to join our team in Dubai.
Having sales & clinical background, your experience and customer centric approach will be highly valued.
In this role, you have the opportunity to significantly contribute to growing our business, customer satisfaction and after sales support by demonstrating and training new and existing users on our specialty equipment to ensure full appreciation of its use. You will work with a broad spectrum of stakeholders and customers and play a pivotal role in the ongoing success of our business.
This position is for the U.A.E market and you must be willing to travel extensively and at times support others within the wider team.
You are responsible for;
- You will be responsible for set business targets segmented in quarters.
- Expected to achieve quarterly & annual sales targets.
- Must make P & L product wise.
- Sales presentations as and when needed.
- You will ensure all clinical applications training, with both new and existing customers, aligns with the Company’s Quality Policy.
- Providing feedback to the management with information on competitors’ products, customer reactions and sales initiatives.
- Providing support at courses delivered by our key accounts/customers.
- Demonstration of products at customer sites or hospitals and at conferences/exhibits.
- You will manage post sales customer product training both at customer sites/hospitals.
- Following training schedules for the complete range of equipment and train customers in the use of our specialized products, and to provide a formal report on completion.
- You will maintain contact with existing users ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and confidence.
- You are a part of a team of sales/clinical specialists reporting to the Management.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience;
- Graduate studies in Clinical Science or relevant subjects
- In-depth UAE medical market knowledge
- Experience of working in a clinical environment
- Capability to train others on equipment
- Excellent communication skills and positive relationship builder
- Strong command of English in addition to Arabic language
