ARCO Interiors LLC is looking for an ambitious and dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager with a strong background in architecture and interior fit-outs. The perfect fit for our team will be someone who has a successful history of generating leads, fostering client relationships, and closing deals.

- Formulate and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Discover new business prospects and market segments.
- Collaborate effectively with the design and commercial team to create proposals and bids.
- Engage in contract discussions and maintain ongoing client relationships.
- Regularly provide sales updates and forecasts to higher management.

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture /interior design or business administration
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development within the interior fit-out sector in Dubai and the northern emirates.
- Proficient comprehension of architectural plans and drawings.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close sales, and surpass sales objectives.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
