Hiring Sales & Business Development Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager with a background in architecture and interior fit outs to join our team at Jones Renovations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company goals
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities and markets
• Work collaboratively with the design team to develop proposals and bids
• Participate in contract negotiations and manage ongoing client relationships
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the interior fit out industry
• Strong understanding of architectural plans and drawings
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
