Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service and helping customers find the perfect clothing items. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding clothing items.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and offering style advice.
• Assist customers with trying on clothes and provide recommendations.
• Process Customer purchases at the cash register and handle payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance.
• Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is neatly displayed.
• Stay informed about current fashion trends and clothing collections.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
• Follow store policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and an understanding of clothing styles and trends.
• Effective communication and active listening abilities.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
