Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers and provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Cross-selling and up selling products
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the store manager
• Stay up to date with new products/services

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in perfume industry/ retail industry
• Willing to work anywhere in UAE
• Female Arab National only
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Flexibility to work various shifts
