Hiring Sales and Administrator Executive – Property Developer in Dubai
Requirements:
- Generate and verify Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), meticulously reviewing client documents, and conducting URRF verification for SPA.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of sales and purchase agreements, verifying completeness and accuracy, and maintaining a systematic record of all agreements.
- Review unit area, price, and type, promptly notify the tech team for necessary system updates, and provide accurate layouts.
- Conduct price checks based on the master sheet, considering current promotions to ensure accurate pricing information.
- Attend project launch events and pre-allocated units, ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate unit layouts.
- Manage unit releases in the common inventory, ensuring a clear and organized system.
- Implement cooling periods for rejections and update master files.
- Check unit availability and promptly provide information to the sales team.
- Regularly review inventory, restricting or releasing units as necessary.
- Conduct pricing and payment plan reviews, aligning them with new ACD and completed projects.
- Provide current prices of sold units as requested by the upgrade team, recovery team, CRM, and finance team.
- Verify requirements before reinstating rejected deals, ensuring compliance with necessary procedures.
- Check unit payment status to confirm if a deal can be rejected, and collect HOD approval before proceeding.
- Check unit status and provide detailed information when available.
- Apply expired promotions to new bookings as per approved guidelines.
- Review and update remarks for approved EOI, assigning units to EOI on event days for booking.
- Document auditing: Review and audit various documents, including contracts and agreements, for accuracy and compliance. Identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies and report findings to the appropriate team members. Ensure all documents are properly organized, filed, and archived for easy retrieval.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing. Assist in updating sales handover documents, owner packs, etc.
- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between teams at all levels.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role from a developer or brokerage in UAE.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with document management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
