SIGNATURE HOMES Real Estate in Alliance with EMAAR is hiring! We are looking for fun, self-motivated, dynamic Sales Agents to join our organic team! With exclusive stock and inventory, and the freedom to work in all areas across Dubai, we are expecting the following from our agents:

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings and update CRM system of leads and inventory
• Visit developer offices and attend training of different developers if need be
• Provide guidance, advice and assistance to sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants in marketing, purchasing or leasing properties in Dubai
• Create listings for sale and leasing of properties
• Perform ongoing market analysis to estimate property values in your focused communities or areas
• Promote properties through means such as, advertisements, open houses, and listing services on property platforms
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities in order propose solutions that suit them and cross-sell
• Negotiate processes and consult with clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements
• Develop networks and cooperate with all stakeholders to ensure a seamless transaction for all parties involved
• Review purchase and leasing contracts to ensure terms are met.
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years worth of real estate experience and/or sales or similar background
• Proven track record of sales in Dubai Real Estate
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent communication and command of English, negotiation, and people skills
• Good knowledge of the local property market
• Self motivated and goal-orientated
• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License or in process of obtaining one
• Knowledge of real estate market and regulations
