Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join the Sales team of a luxury home and interiors brand showroom. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales in soft furnishings and experience of selling Made to Measure curtains.
Made to Measure is a bespoke service our client offers its’ customers to enhance their homes with our custom made luxury curtains, blinds, Fabric and curtains accessory products.
In this customer facing role you will project manage all curtains, blinds and Fabric sales, from end to end including product specification and design to communicating with suppliers and arranging fittings.
Main duties of this role will include:
- Managing retail and trade clientele from the luxury market – presenting the range of products
- Working to clear goals and targets, being rewarded based on sales success, maximizing sales opportunities through solution selling add-on products, supporting customers with their products, style and interior design choices
- Ensuring first-class customer experience from start to finish.
- Following through an end-to-end customer service from client project building, finalizing manufactured details and liaising with measuring/fitting team to deliver the project on time
- Generating customer leads where possible, based on in-store customer interaction and referrals
- Planning your own diary for appointments and bookings.
- Managing your own day to day admin.
Requirements:
- Strong proven experience of curtain sales
- Some experience in advising and selling on electrical curtain and blinds systems
- Excellent listening skills
- Shows enterprise and possess the passion to develop the department and own career
- Experience and knowledge within home furnishing, curtains and blinds
- Work well within the team
- Excellent product knowledge
- Enthusiasm and interest in role.
- Presentable and punctual
- Excellent communication with customers and colleague.
- UAE Visa is required.
- Has a driver license and car
