Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Reno Nevada – (Although Remote would be considered)

Reports To: National Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Administrator to support our sales team and assist with our national sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of customer relations, and a strong proficiency in social media management. This individual will work closely with both our sales team and customers to enhance relationships, manage inquiries, and help drive the success of our national sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction and Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for new & potential customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely and professional support.
- Assist the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, and providing necessary information to close deals.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and product demos between customers and the sales team.
- Maintain Sales activity calendars, Lead management databases, Co-marketing opportunities
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to promote the company’s services, brand, and products across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
- Create engaging content (posts, graphics, etc.) that reflects the brand’s voice and supports national sales efforts.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Track social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and report on performance.
Sales Team Support:
- Assist with creating and managing sales reports, tracking progress against targets, and ensuring follow-through on key initiatives.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts as needed for sales opportunities.
- Organize and coordinate sales events, webinars, or conferences as part of national sales outreach efforts.
- Assist in the preparation of sales materials and collateral for the sales team to use during customer interactions.
Administrative Support:
- Handle various administrative tasks such as data entry, CRM management, and organizing sales-related documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the sales team when necessary.
- Maintain and update customer & lead databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, with experience in customer service and social media management. Experience in the Fleet or Telematics fields would be a big plus, but is not required.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
