Hiring Sales Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
  • Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups
  • Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups
  • . Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
  • Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization
  • Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
  • Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
  • Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
  • Preparing reports for sales and other departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Sales force Administrator certification (Salesforce Certified Administrator) is required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce features such as roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Experience in managing user and license management processes, including setup, deactivation, and permission assignments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data management, including data import, maintenance, and cleansing processes.
  • Ability to gather and analyze user requirements, and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience in Salesforce integration, upgrades, and release management.
  • Proficiency in building custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience in documenting processes, changes, and error reports.
  • Ability to provide training and support to users on Salesforce tools and functionalities.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and workflows is a plus.
