Hiring Sales Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
- Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration
- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups
- Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups
- . Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
- Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization
- Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
- Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
- Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
- Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
- Preparing reports for sales and other departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Sales force Administrator certification (Salesforce Certified Administrator) is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce features such as roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Experience in managing user and license management processes, including setup, deactivation, and permission assignments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data management, including data import, maintenance, and cleansing processes.
- Ability to gather and analyze user requirements, and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Experience in Salesforce integration, upgrades, and release management.
- Proficiency in building custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience in documenting processes, changes, and error reports.
- Ability to provide training and support to users on Salesforce tools and functionalities.
- Familiarity with sales processes and workflows is a plus.
