Hiring Sales Administrator – Real Estate Brokerage

We are a growing real estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to support our sales operations. You will be responsible for liaising with developers, preparing contracts (MoUs, SPAs), managing invoices, and handling listings on platforms such as Bayut, and Property Finder.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with developers regarding inventory, pricing, and project updates.
  • Follow up on payments and commissions with developers and clients.
  • Draft MoUs, commission agreements, and other sales-related contracts.
  • Update and manage property listings on broker portals.
  • Maintain sales reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and listing teams.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Abu Dhabi’s real estate market (1–3 years minimum).
  • Strong knowledge of developer portals and listing platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
