We are offering an exciting opportunity for a remote Sales Admin. This role is requiring that the candidate be local to the Twin Cities market. As a Sales Admin, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing initiatives. This role involves managing our customer relationship management (CRM) data, executing marketing strategies, and interacting with prospective clients. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are paramount.

Responsibilities

  • Uphold the integrity of our CRM data through regular updating and maintenance.
  • Play a key role in executing marketing initiatives, including content creation for social media.
  • Lead discovery and information gathering calls with prospective clients to understand their needs and how our products or services can meet those needs.
  • Manage trade shows, including logistics planning and coordination.
  • Use your skills in Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office to maintain accurate records and enhance efficiency.
  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
  • Process customer credit applications in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer credit records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and take initiative.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience with customer service and client communication preferred.
