Hiring Sales Account Manager – Immersive, Audio Visual and ELV
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Ever since we have witnessed tremendous growth. We Specialize in Immersive Experience, Audio Visual, ELV and ICT solutions and services for small, mid-sized and large-scale projects all over UAE.

Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers/accounts by understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Serve as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts by analyzing customer needs and proposing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth.
- Regularly engage with clients through meetings, presentations, and networking events to strengthen relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Work together with internal team, such as presales, and Technical, to prepare the proposals and ensure smooth sales processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of five years sales-related experience in managing key enterprise accounts
- Prior experience working in an Immersive, AV and ELV systems integration company.
- Strong network with Government and Corporate Accounts
- Proven track record of exceeding goals/objectives and achieving revenue.
- Ability to collaborate with technical team and internal departments to ensure customer expectations.
- Ability to interact effectively and comfortably with executive and senior management either in distributors, customers, or end-users.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully prospect, present to a wide variety of clients from multiple disciplines, and consistently close large deals.
- Ability to listen to the customer to understand what the customers’ business requirements/goals are and to take this information and effectively present/articulate audio, video, ELV and Immersive solutions that can solve the customers problems and/or meet their requirements/goals.
- Excellent written and oral communication & presentation skills.
Eligibility Requirements
- UAE Driving License.
- English (Mandatory); Arabic Speaking and other languages (Optional)
- Five Years of experience in Sales Account Management.
- Prior experience in solution offering for Immersive and AV.
- Must be currently in UAE.
