As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented Interior Designer with 3D Visualizer experience to join the dynamic team immediately.
We are looking for a skilled Safety Officer with relevant certifications and experience to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management, be proactive in identifying potential hazards, and have a proven track record of implementing effective safety measures in a dynamic work environment.
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment in compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, near misses, and corrective actions taken.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure safety protocols are followed on all projects.
- Stay updated with the latest safety regulations, best practices, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Relevant safety certification(s) such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or similar.
- Proven experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and educate staff.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
