Designation – RSA Support Engineer

Location – UAE (Immediate joiner)

Job Responsibilities:

• Should have at least 3+ years of RSA Archer GRC Solution Administrator support experience on Versions 6.8, 6.10, 6.11
• Should be good team player and willing to work to support the solution from both IT and functional support background, keeping the business users support as priority.
• Resource should be an IT or Computer Science graduate with minimum 5 years of prior experience in IT software development, testing and support areas.
• Strong skills from Implementation of various use cases of archer and is involved at various stages of the GRC lifecycle
• Expertise in Archer admin features like leveraging core solution, Applications, Questionnaire, Campaigns, Fields, Events, Notifications, Reports, iView, setting up Workspaces, Dashboards, Calculations, Advance Workflows, Advance Workflow Troubleshooting, Data feed Manager, Data Publication and Bulk Attachments Upload.
• Experience in Archer Framework Installation, Maintenance, and Intégrations Services primarily targeted towards Archer Smart Suite Framework
• Experience in supporting Automation of GRC processes (Ent. Mgmt., Risk Mgmt. Business Continuity, Threat Mgmt., Third-Party Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Mgmt., SecOps, Audit Mgmt. Issue and Incident Management) On Archer Smart Suite Framework.
• Experience in providing end-user training & administrator training
• Exposure to leading Information Security Standards & Regulations and GRC best practices.
• Good Communication and Writing Skills.
• Understanding business Requirement, documenting.
• Adhoc Support over Customize rules, Calculation’s, Reports.
