Calling Mum’s returning to work or part-time mums!

This is a perfect role for an experienced law firm Revenue Executive for the Dubai office of an international law firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring that bills are raised correctly on a timely basis and are paid promptly.
• Drafting and checking pre-bills
• Processing, collation of bills, chasing bills, time/disbursement write-offs, time/disbursement transfers and edits/cancellations and reissues.
• Direct contact with clients regarding unpaid bills
• Liaison with partners and executives regarding queried debts, unpaid bills.
• WIP/Debtor meetings with partners and fee-earners.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and a working use of Expert or equivalent systems would be preferable although training will be provided.
• Strong IT skills, good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Managing the E-billing invoice uploads.
• Knowledge of KSA/UAE VAT laws.
