Responsibilities:
- Oversee the processing of product returns, ensuring timely and accurate handling of returned items.
- Communicate with customers to provide support and guidance on the returns process and any related inquiries.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure that returned products are appropriately inspected, sorted, and processed.
- Update and maintain records of returned items, including reasons for returns and any relevant customer feedback.
- Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to address any customer concerns or issues related to returns.
- Identify trends and patterns in returns and provide insights to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement efficient return procedures and policies to streamline the returns process.
- Generate reports on return activities, including key metrics and trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any return-related issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a returns management or customer service role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
