Hiring Retention Executive

Location: Dubai

Salary: Up to AED 3,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Retention Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an Excel expert with strong communication skills and a background in customer retention, telesales, or call center operations.

Responsibilities:

• Contact existing customers to maintain and improve client retention.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve client concerns and provide solutions.
• Use Microsoft Excel to track and analyze client data and retention metrics.
• Follow up with inactive or at-risk clients to re-engage them.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly retention targets.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience in telesales, customer service, or retention is preferred
• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive tone
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately or on short notice
